Dubai 2012: Here are a few photos of our artwork, that will be showcased at the ARTE souq this coming Friday. Some of the artwork will also be on display at the Kambaa Art Cafe, Dubai Address Marina. I have to thank the art therapy sessions that I have had, that have enabled me to get back to serious artwork, now ready for exhibition and to present as gifts.

Dubai, 2012: The Traffic Gallery has successfully wooed me, with its diverse range of arts activities during the last two weeks. My affair with Traffic is a recent one. It first started with the workshop on Creative Block is a Loser.  This was closely followed by The Market of Everything.  As if that wasn’t enough, I found myself at the Open Mic Platform (not as a performer albeit).  Having stayed away from the performing arts scene of the UAE for way too long, I was happy enough to be a spectator.

Dubai 2012:  This morning I passed by the Traffic Gallery, located on Umm Sequeim road (very easy to get to, as long as you know where it is located).  It was a day after I attended the free workshop on the Creative Block is a Loser. The Market of Everything is a concept worth seeing and reporting.  Here is the place for creatives (both vendors and buyers) to come together under one umbrella to sell, buy, donate and just meet up. It is curated by Rami Farook (the owner of Traffic Gallery) and the Traffic Gallery.

Dubai, 2012: In conjunction with The Market of Everything, Traffic Gallery is holding various workshops for kids and adults.
